Grand Case Beach Club offers all of our guests healthy and smoke-free accommodations. Please do not smoke inside. If you must smoke, please do so only outside, and be considerate of your neighbours who may not smoke. Sunset Café also has designated smoking areas.
A cleaning charge of $250 per area (living room, bedroom, kitchen) will be assessed and charged. Thank you for your cooperation.
For the privacy and security of our guests, key cards are required for entry and exit. Please protect these cards, and return them before departure. They will give access to the pool, ice, and laundry room, as well as your own room.
The Grand Case Beach Club accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash in U.S. Dollars or Euros. We do not accept personal checks or travelers checks. Please note that the Sunset Café is a separate business and all charges should be settled directly with the restaurant.
Relaxing massages by skilled professionals can be arranged through the Sirena Boutique.
We do our best to ensure that all facilities are in good condition and working order. If something is not, please contact the Front Desk or make a request online and we'll be sure to fix it right away.
Postage stamps (French) are available at the Sirena Boutique.
Self-service washers and dryers are available for guest's use and operate with tokens
If you prefer, we can arrange for laundry and dry cleaning service. This service usually requires 24 to 36 hours.

An ice machine is located in the 100 building and can be accessed with your room key card. Please do not fill coolers, as there will not be enough ice for other guests.
Your housekeeping needs will be satisfied daily by our attentive staff.
Should you require additional items or have special requests, please contact the Front Desk or make a request online.
The gym is open from 7am to 7pm at a charge of $5 per day per person. Please check with the Front Desk to sign-in and get access.
The gift shop is currently located in room 701 (close to the watersports area).
All buildings are equipped with an alarm system.
In the rare event that you do hear a siren, please evacuate your room immediately and proceed to the Pavilion above the Sunset Café. In the event of inclement weather, the staff will direct you to another location. Please stay there until the staff authorizes a return to your room. Please do not stop to gather any personal belongings. The alarm is programmed to sound for 5 minutes, at which time it will stop. That does not mean the danger has passed.
Please await an "all clear" from a responsible staff member or safety officer.
Ambulances and hospitals on the French and Dutch side are available 24 hours a day. For minor medical needs, the Front Desk will assist you with making an appointment.
WiFi is available in your room, around the property and in the Sunset Café. You should receive a password at Check-in to which you can connect 3 devices. Please contact the Front Desk if you need more.
Office-setup computers and a printer are also located in the lobby, available for use by all guests.
E-mail can be received at the hotel at frontdesk@grandcasebeachclub.com, at a charge of 50 cents per page.
Saint Martin's electricity is 220 volts, compared with 110 volts in the United States.
Unless you have an adapter or are certain that your device or appliance can accommodate dual voltage, please do not try to use it. There is a 110 volts plug in the bathroom you may use and USB outlets next to the beds to charge cell phones or other small devices.
Plug adapters and transformers may be available for sale or rent at the Sirena Boutique for use with dual voltage appliances
We utilize the most up-to-date technology to provide you with safe water. Through a process called Reverse Osmosis, naturally filtered seawater is transformed into pure, fresh drinking water.
Because we do not have fresh water on the island, it is a valuable commodity so please use this precious resource sparingly.

Check out time is 11:00AM. If you need an extension, please contact the Front Desk the morning of your departure and they may be able to accommodate depending on availability.
As a guest at the Grand Case Beach Club, you have access to complimentary use of our Chaise beach loungers, chairs, and towels. Clean towels are available every morning between 8am and 10am by the Laundry
in the building next to the Front Desk.
Please note, all unoccupied chairs in public areas are there for all guests to use and enjoy, please no "reserving".
If you would like an evening free from the rigors of parenthood, contact the Front Desk before noon and we would be more than happy to babysit your children. If you'd like a full day of babysitting, let us know a day in advance!

The wooden walkway connects Grand Case Beach with Petite Plage Beach through the Sunset Café. This very special promenade is a fabulous spot to enjoy the sunsets, the ocean breezes, and the beautiful nature that makes our island so special.
Tennis: The tennis court is currently out of service.
Our freshwater, oceanside pool, open from sunrise to sunset, is located above the Sunset Café, which will be pleased to serve you poolside food and drinks.
Please note, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Your room key card will give you access.
Please note that these times are approximate and vary from shop to shop. On Sundays, many of the stores are closed. The Market in Marigot is open every day, however, the primary days are Wednesday and Saturday. The market opens at approximately 8:00AM and generally closes between 2:00PM and 5:00PM.
